Someone to hold my hand

I had no idea what to expect. Jeannine held my hand through the hole prosses. Walked me through every step and gave me her honest opinions. She was so helpful, so kind, and so prompt every time I needed to talk to her. She was overly prepared at every step which helped calm my nerves. I got exactly what I was asking for without even having to go to trial.
